Why does there even have to be an issue? Does anyone recall the phrase: "Make new friends, but keep the old, one is silver and the other gold"? Regardless of what valuable metal you choose to describe your friends, the point is BOTH are valuable. Of course we're all going to make new friends next year - we're human! But I am pretty sure I can speak for many of us when I say that I truly, genuinely, enjoy the company of the Sisterhood. We're not just a bunch of miscellaneous people - we're friends. And whether we remember each others names in a month from now is up to us.
Go A.M.Kat I like having my friends from the lunchtable. I truly enjoy hanging out with everyone, and just knowing that we are there for eachother. and i also like my new friends. being on a team with no one i knew would have been unbearable if i hadnt made some awesome new friends. but i didnt just ditch anyone. thats the point. be friends with who you want to be friends with. if that doesnt include me thats up to you because i am an awesome person. ok that was a bit concieted but you get the point XD just remember that now matter how many new people you meet, the old people will still be there. if you want leave that then its your choice. |

| terka July 29, 2005 04:17 PM PDT am i one of those new friends on your team??? *grin* but those are wise words... and you of all people know what you're talking about... you went through the same thing i did, going onto a team where you didnt know anyone. however, we both pulled through and are now great friends and yet still have those old ones at our lunch table. and personally, i think that you are just as important to me as my lunch table. *hug* | ||
